Sec. of State Salary Cut

Congress has quietly cut the salary of the Sec of State in accordance with the Constitutional requirement that no member of Congress can serve in a cabinet position if that position's salary was raised during the time the member served. This is not the first time this has happened.

It takes another Worldnet Daily accusation out of play. The lunatic fringe has been screaming about this "unconstitutional" appointment. Of course few thinking people have actually heard the whining.
