An Intellectural Discourse on A Decision To Support the Right to An Abortion

Please read this discourse on one man's decision to move from "pro-life" to "pro-Abortion" (unfortunate choice of words as Mr. Westmoreland-White points out below. Pro-choice is correct, and I should have seen that.) rights. This is a very intellectual missive and summarizes how and why this man made a courageous change of mind on a very emotional issue.

Thanks for the link love. I am not really "pro-abortion," but I am reluctantly pro-choice now (and since the late '90s).

Yes, read the link. Brave, free-thinker over there.

I just can't believe that in my 50s I am still arguing this issue. Men kill thousands of potential babies with the waseful release of sperm every hour in this country. Men never discuss this as pro choice or anti life or discuss it at all. If women tossed their eggs down the drain---OH! The outrage! Yet each carries the potential for personhood. SEXISM! Men discussing/deciding the whole issue disgusts me. Men don't like condoms---doesn't feel as good. TOO BAD DAD. Women continue to have to take all the responsibility, yet remain demonized for wanting the choice to make important decisions. INSANE

It takes two to impregnate. Neither has the right to destroy human life. It is not something that man is supposed to use as experimental playground either. The taking of life by abortion is murder, pure and simple. Any male or female with children should be ashamed if they would look at their own children and consider that the aborted baby would have been another individual, same as those we love. Man's sinful self indulging has nothing to do with the abortion issue either. mom2
